Terms

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy an online program or personal guidance on oliviernijman.com. They are written to be read. If something is unclear, email me.

1. Who you buy from

Olivier Nijman Coaching, the business of Olivier Nijman, physiotherapist, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 42175038
VAT number: NL005562183B89
Address: Joan Muyskenweg 17a14, 1096 CJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Email: info@oliviernijman.com

2. What you buy

  • An online program, such as The Painful Knee. This is digital content: chapters, questions, a training program and tools that you use in your browser, on your phone, tablet or computer.
  • Personal guidance (optional): one 60-minute video call with me.

The program gives education and exercise guidance for common complaints. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical treatment, and it does not replace an examination in person. If your complaint changes or gets worse, see a doctor or physiotherapist in person.

3. Price and payment

The price on the checkout page is the total price you pay, in euros. Prices include VAT. You pay once, in advance, through Mollie. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

With a discount code the program costs less. A code lowers the price of the program, not of the call, and one code works per order. A code can have an end date or a maximum number of uses; the checkout page shows the price with your code before you pay. When a code makes the order free, you do not pay through Mollie, and everything else in these terms still applies.

4. Access

After your payment you get access right away. You log in with your email address and a one-time code. Your access is personal: it is for you, and not to be shared or resold.

You keep access for as long as the program is offered, and at least 2 years after your purchase. If I ever stop offering a program, I tell you by email at least 30 days before.

I work to keep the site available, but I cannot promise it never goes down, for example during maintenance.

5. Your right to change your mind

The program. By law you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content this right ends as soon as the delivery starts, if you asked for that and agreed to lose the right. You do both with the tick box at checkout, because the program opens right after payment. So once you have access, the purchase of the program cannot be withdrawn. I confirm this in the email you get after your purchase.

Personal guidance. For the 60-minute call you can change your mind within 14 days after your purchase, without giving a reason, as long as the call has not taken place. Email info@oliviernijman.com and say you withdraw. You get the amount for the call back within 14 days, the same way you paid. If you ask for the call to take place within those 14 days and it does, the service is complete and the right to withdraw ends.

6. Planning the call

After your purchase or request I email you to plan the call. You can move the call for free up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel later than that, or do not show up, the call counts as used. Please plan your call within 6 months after your purchase.

7. If something is not right

You have the right to a program that works and matches what was described. If something does not work, email me. I fix it, and if I can't fix it within a reasonable time, you get your money back.

Complaints: email info@oliviernijman.com. I reply within 14 days.

8. Your own responsibility

You decide what you do with the information and the exercises, and you do them at your own risk. Stop and get advice if something does not feel right. I am liable for damage caused by my intent or gross negligence, and for anything else the law does not allow me to exclude. Beyond that, my liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Copyright

All texts, pictures, videos and tools in the programs are mine. You may use them for yourself. You may not copy, share, publish or resell them without my written permission.

10. Privacy

How I handle your data is described in the privacy statement.

11. Law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, or the court the law gives you as a consumer.

12. Changes

I can change these terms. For your purchase, the terms that applied on the day you bought stay in force.
